If you just want to use LiveCodeLab, you only need to browse to livecodelab.net. For modifying LiveCodeLab though one needs to set up the Grunt-based build system.
For a sample installation from scratch (assuming a clean fresh new Ubuntu install) please check the install.sh script in the ubuntuInstallScript directory.
More in general, to setup the build system:
npm install -g grunt
gruntIf you get an error, then do (again probably with admin rights):
npm install -g grunt-cli
There are two modes of building: one for creating the fully-fledged minified version (first point below), and one for quickly creating a non-minified version for quickly checking changes (second point below).
Documentation is available by first running the following:
Then just open the file
dist/docs/index.html (which will link to all the other docs).
If you have the
grunt connect server running, then just browse to localhost:8000/docs.
